Yes, after completing the course you will receive a certificate of completion and a qualification form. The Qualification form also suggest one of the following along with this training course: At least one year experience as a mechanic or inspector in truck maintenance at a commercial garage, fleet leasing company, or similar facility or in a motor carrier maintenance program. Please keep both the certificate and the signed qualification form in order to qualify for conducting inspections.
Yes, we provide a digital copy of your certificate via downloadable file.
FMCSA and DOT regulations apply nationwide, therefore this course is valid nationwide. As far as FMCSA, the qualification form is satisfactory, but some states do have their own departments who might want further qualifications and requirements.
We provide a digital QR code for retrieving your certification. Certification number is not required. Only report number on the inspection report, which is created by the inspector at the time of inspection.
At the end of the course we provide you with an inspection form used by DOT. You can buy stickers on amazon or any other retailers.
